"How To" Information

Follow these steps to register for a new user account.

  1. On the Login screen, click the New User Registration link from the User Tools menu.

  2. On the Personal Information page, complete the form as thorough as possible. The following fields are required: First Name, Last Name, E-mail.
  3. Click the Next button to continue the new user registration.

  4. On the Employment Details page, complete the form as thorough as possible. The following fields are required: Employee ID, Worksite.
  5. Click the Next button to continue the new user registration or click the Back button to edit a previous page.

  6. On the Personal Preferences page, make changes to the following fields as desired: Home Page — Choose a default page to view that will load after logging into Avatar. Calendar Week Begins — Each participant will be able to utilize calendars. Choose which day will begin your calendar week. Default Calendar View — Choose a default view, day, week, or month, for your calendar.
  7. Click the Next button to continue the new user registration or click the Back button to edit a previous page.

  8. On the User Information page, fill out the following fields to finalize the new user registration: Username — Type a logical user name in the User Name text box. Password — Type a memorable password in the Password text box. Password Confirmation — Type the chosen password again.
  9. Click the Next button to view the Confirmation page or click the Back button to edit a previous page.
  10. Review your information on the Confirmation page. If any changes are necessary, click the Back button. When all the information is correct, click the Finish button to finalize the new user registration.
